    I am looking to replace some of my #8 perle cotton threads for cross stitch and needlepoint work that I do and am having trouble finding either a retail source for all colors and/or a wholesale source.   Your color charts still show that it's available, so where can I purchase them?

    I place an order on February 26, 2020. I have emailed twice and called once to get information on my order, #100063227. As of today I have had no response.  If there is a problem or the knitting kits are backordered I would expect to be notified. My customer ID is 9070975.

    My credit card should not be charged until this matter is addressed.

    I am having a very difficult time ordering 12 different colors of #5 Pearl Cotton.  I cannot seem to find a place to scroll down all colors and choose the color I need.  Please help.
